Position Overview
Chemco is seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Off-Road Mechanic to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our off-road heavy equipment fleet, ensuring reliable operation in demanding work environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy duty off-road equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled services
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Conduct detailed inspections and identify deficiencies
- Complete repair and service documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all Chemco safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Journeyman Heavy Duty Equipment Technician (Off-Road) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3–5 years hands-on experience with off-road equipment
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Proven experience with hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 1 considered an asset)
- Strong safety mindset
