Chemco is looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Compliance Coordinator to support commercial transportation compliance across multiple operating companies. In this role, you will help manage HOS and ELD compliance, IFTA reporting, driver qualification files, vehicle documentation, and fleet audit readiness. You will work closely with drivers, supervisors, dispatch, and project teams to help keep our fleet compliant, organized, and operating efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor HOS compliance, ELD logs, violations, and unidentified driving events.
- Review driver logs, follow up on issues, and support corrective action as needed.
- Maintain fleet compliance records, registrations, permits, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and submit IFTA reporting and support prorate administration.
- Coordinate driver qualification files, onboarding documentation, and compliance training.
- Track inspection reports, defects, repairs, and audit-ready fleet records.
- Work with internal teams to support safe, compliant, and efficient fleet operations across multiple jurisdictions.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in transportation, fleet, logistics, or compliance administration.
- Strong knowledge of HOS, ELDs, and transportation compliance requirements.
- Experience maintaining compliance records, audit files, and regulatory documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfort working with fleet or telematics systems.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Experience with IFTA, prorate, NSC, or fleet management systems is an asset.
