Class 1 Driver – Chemco – Nisku, AB

We are seeking experienced, motivated, and safety conscious Drivers for full-time, year-round positions based out of our Nisku yard. This includes in and out of town work to job sites with half tons to tractor trailers, as well as loading and unloading trucks and trailers (Equipment and General Freight).

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 1 License.
• Clean drivers abstract.
• Experience with Federal hours of service.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Flexibility of driving different vehicles for different tasks.
• Forklift, loader, skid steer, and winch truck experience is an asset.
• Positive attitude.
• Safety first attitude.
• Work well with others.
• Ability to pass a pre-access Drug & Alcohol test before
  employment.
• Flexibility to be out of town for up to 2 weeks at a time.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiar with load securement rules & regulations.

Responsibilities:

• General maintenance on trucks and trailers (greasing, housekeeping, etc.)
• Be reliable and willing to follow company rules and policies.
